Connection steps in WA (household view)

1. Pre-approval: your installer submits the design with model numbers.
2. Offer: you receive export/inverter capacity terms to accept.
3. Install day: hardware mounted, AC/DC wiring, protection, labelling.
4. Commissioning: inverter parameters set (incl. Region B), network tests.
5. Metering & turn-on: retailer and network actions, app setup, handover.

Keep a copy of: the final model numbers, commissioning report, and any VPP enrollment steps if you plan to join one.
