3. Information sharing

When you request quotes, we share your contact information with matched installer partners. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Solar Battery Perth is operated by WattMate Pty Ltd. Quote requests and lead data you submit here are processed through WattMate's installer management platform (wattmate.com.au), operated by the same company, where installer vetting, matching, and lead distribution take place.

4. Third parties who process your data

We use the following service providers to run Solar Battery Perth. Each processes data on our behalf, only for the purpose described, under a data processing agreement:

• Supabase: Hosts our database and handles account authentication. Sees the data you submit (contact details, calculator inputs, quote requests)
• Resend: Delivers our transactional emails (verification codes, quote confirmations). Sees your email address and the content of emails sent to you
• Vercel: Hosts the website and provides Vercel Analytics, a cookieless, anonymized usage-statistics tool
• Twilio: Delivers SMS messages for phone number verification codes. Sees your phone number and the verification code sent to it
• Sentry: Error-monitoring tool that helps us diagnose technical faults. Personal information is masked before it reaches Sentry per our logging policy
• Google Analytics and Google Ads: With your cookie consent, we run GA4 and Google Ads tags to understand site usage and measure marketing performance. These load only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner
• Microsoft Clarity: With your cookie consent, records session replay and heatmap data to help us understand how visitors use the site. Loads only after you accept analytics cookies

Several of these providers store or process data on servers located outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8 (cross-border disclosure) so your information continues to be handled in a way consistent with this policy.
