   Synergy holds your battery ready

   A standby window of about 2 hours keeps your battery charged before an event. There's no warning in advance.

   Your battery helps the grid

   Events fall between 3pm and 9pm and run for up to 4 hours. Your home keeps drawing power as normal.

   You get a bill credit

   70¢ for each kWh sent, on top of your usual credit for power you export. Events show on your quarterly statement.

Estimate only: 70¢/kWh × about 70% of the battery sent per event × 6 to 12 events a year.

• Your inverter must support CSIP-AUS Required

  Under the WA framework in force since 1 May 2026, new battery installations need CSIP-AUS compliant inverters to participate.

• Older systems may need an update

  Pre-2026 installations may need a firmware update to opt in. Confirm with your installer.

• Your inverter should be on Synergy's approved list

  Check the Synergy approved products list. It lists inverters, not batteries: your battery qualifies through the inverter it's paired with.
