Warning Signs to Watch For

Contact your installer immediately if you notice any of these

Unusual smell (burning, chemical, sweet odor)

Turn off isolator and evacuate if strong smell. Call installer.

Visible swelling or deformation of battery

Do not touch. Keep area clear. Contact installer immediately.

Strange sounds (clicking, hissing, buzzing)

Note the sound and contact installer promptly.

Error codes or warning lights on display

Check app, note error code, contact installer.

Battery not charging or discharging

Check monitoring app. May be normal behavior or need reset.

Significantly reduced capacity

Document in app. Normal if gradual; investigate if sudden.
