The WA Battery Scheme pays $130 per kWh on the first 10 kWh, capped at $1,300. The Battery-Box Premium HVM series is BYD's modular high-voltage residential battery. It starts at 8.3kWh (3 modules) and expands to 22.1kWh (8 modules), giving room to add capacity later without replacing the base unit. Each 2.76kWh module weighs 41kg, which keeps installation manageable without heavy lifting equipment. Modules stack onto the Base Unit (BCU), so homeowners can start smaller and add capacity later.
