11.9 kWh is the smallest size that reaches the WA rebate's 10 kWh cap; every size above it earns the same rebate, so the extra capacity is at full price.
Whether the WA rebate applies at all depends on the inverter it is paired with, not on the battery.
Every size is CEC-listed, which a new install needs for the federal STC discount and the WA Battery Scheme.

The WA Battery Scheme pays $130 per kWh on the first 10 kWh, capped at $1,300. Capacities under 5 kWh receive nothing, and every capacity from 10 kWh up receives the same $1,300 — a larger battery does not earn a larger rebate. Whether a particular product qualifies also depends on it being Synergy-approved. “Over the cap” does not mean you should not buy it — the extra capacity is simply at full price. Figures come from each size’s own CEC listing; SBP holds no verified per-size pricing for this series.
